Corporate Accountability

As private attorneys general we prosecute corporations and organizations who illegally discriminate against good employees, ignoring proven merit, and using pretext to cover up the violation.

    Compassion & Ethics

    Wisdom  —  Courage  —  Justice

The courtroom can be a frightening place with many pitfalls. This causes many people to fear or lose confidence in the justice system.

We believe that the courthouse, when operating properly, is an honorable place designed to do good things for people with just causes.

A court provides a remedy to those harmed by a violation of the law. Providing this remedy is the measure of a civilized society.

A jury, as a committee of persons from the community, acts as the conscience of the community to protect the community.

The law allows attorneys who defend civil rights to act as a private attorney general to pursue wrongs and protect the public from future violations.

Everyone deserves protection from violations of the law and to have a qualified person standing up for him or her in the courtroom.

    Personalized attention

We consider ourselves to be not only your team but your friends. We represent people we not only like but love. By necessity we are very selective in taking on a case.

If we represent you, it means we believe in the merits of your case and the likelihood of a favorable outcome at trial.  We prepare for trial the moment we meet a client for the first time and do not stop until we have had every opportunity to reach a successful resolution.

I spoke with several attorneys before choosing Brian who was a great fit
In my opinion, he is the BEST Employment Attorney in the DFW area.
“Brian’s candor, honesty and empathy came shining through and he always made time for me to answer all of my questions and offer his three decades-plus years of legal experience to a great conclusion for my family.”
Brian knows the law, writes cogently, and understands judges and jurors. .
“His passion to bring justice to any unjust situation is refreshing.”
“He was absolutely frank with me as to what needed to be done, yet responsive to my fears of uncertainties and of losing the case.”
