Born and raised in the Dallas area, Tim Otts served in the United States Army and with the Texas Army National Guard. Mr. Otts graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Social Work and from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science in Social Work. Mr. Otts also has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Collin County Community College.
Having previously been employed as a social worker, Mr. Otts’s passion is helping people and advocating for civil rights. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his cat and two pugs, competing in softball, and rooting for the Texas Longhorns.
